Handling and Pick up
In order to purchase your chosen cut of beef you can mail a check to the address listed below:

The meat will be processed at Bear Creek Processing in Colorado Springs. The client will need to go pick up the beef when they are notified it is ready.

About us
Best beef on the Plains
Our cows live on a 1,300 acer ranch in Elbert Colorado. We use rotational grazing practice's to keep our pastures healthy and fresh. Ranching has been in our family scene the 1800's. The owner of the ranch has been doing this since he was a kid in Falcon Colorado.
